Bonnetts Garden Village Halloween Events – FAQ’s

Can I take photos?

Yes take as many as you like (unless other wise indicated not to do so).

But we do ask that you DO NOT USE FLASH for our artistes safety.

Video is also allowed and you can upload it on to your Facebook pages or our Instagram.

Also please do share with as many friends as possible 🙂

Disabled access

If you require seating towards the front or special access then please do  inform us, and we will reserve you a seats towards the front.

Our big top can accommodate wheelchairs toward the front section of the ring.

All we ask is you arrive 30 minutes before the performance so we can settle you in before the last minute rush!

Do you charge for babies?

Under 2’s are free, but they must sit on a lap. Children from the age of 2 upwards will need a  ticket purchased for them.

 

Is there a different price for children?

No it is one price for adults and children.

Child supervision

Children need to be accompanied by their parents, and supervised at all times.

The circus cannot be responsible for supervising children. Please be aware of the following points:

  • Care must be taken on tiered seating.
  • Do not let children play or stand on the seating.
Can I bring a pushchair?

Yes you can, but your pushchair must be folded and left at the entrance.

No pushchair/prams can be taken into the seating areas this is due to fire regulations.

How can I book for your Summer Pantomime/Halloween/Christmas events?

Bookings can only be made online through our website. We can also take bookings at the till area at Bonnetts Garden Village.

When shall I arrive to my event?

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the Pantomime/Circus begins.

All other events you will need to arrive 10 minutes prior to your booked time slot.

Entry can only be gained by presentation of the appropriate ticket or on a mobile device in person.

Is there wheelchair/pushchair access?

There is wheelchair access throughout all events.

There will be allocated storage for pushchairs but please note these are left at the owners risk.

Who is welcome?

Everyone is welcome!

Many of our children’s events are ideal for children under 10 years of age.

Children up to the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

A maximum of 4 children can be accompanied by 1 paying adult.

What if my event is cancelled?

If a performance/event is cancelled due to outside influences (ie weather) then we will offer ticket holders an alternative day or time slot.

If this is not possible then a full refund will be given provided that an original ticket is presented within 28 days of the cancelled event/performance.

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us regarding a refund if their chosen event has been cancelled and no alternative days/times are available.
