Returns Policy
Most of our products (except for perishable items) can be returned for a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase. This is however only if they are in the same brand new, and unused condition that they were in when you received them.
Any returned items will also need to be in their original packaging with labelling still in place and sent along with Bonnetts Garden Village receipt. Items that have been assembled cannot be returned, even if disassembled.
Returns can either be made instore in person, or by following the below processes for online returns.
Process for returning items purchased from us online:
1) NOTIFY US
In the first instance and before returning goods to us, you must notify us first, by telephone on 01277 500490 , or by email online@bonnettsgardenvillage.co.uk.
2) POST ITEM(S) BACK TO US
Please use a fully insured and trackable delivery service for your own protection.
All return postage charges must be met by you the customer, unless you are returning the goods due to a fault.
Your statutory rights as a consumer will not be effected.
